Stage Pass is a direct-to-fan platform designed to help artists share music, content, and experiences with their fans. We empower creators to monetize pre-release moments and build community around their work.

2. Eligibility

To use Stage Pass, you must be:

• At least 13 years old (or older if required by your country's laws)
• Able to enter into legally binding agreements

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of your information. You agree not to impersonate others or create accounts for malicious or deceptive purposes.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

• You retain all rights to the content you create and upload on Stage Pass
• By uploading content, you grant Stage Pass a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform
• You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to publish any content you upload

5. Monetization & Payments

• Artists can earn money through fan support, content sales, merchandise, and other features
• Stage Pass takes a small percentage of transactions to support platform development and operations. Details are available in your account dashboard or at stagepass.club/pricing
• Payouts are handled via trusted third-party providers, and users must provide accurate payment information to receive earnings

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
• Infringe upon the intellectual property of others
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the platform or its users

Stage Pass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

8. Platform Changes & Updates

We're always improving Stage Pass. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features at any time. We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes, but it's your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Stage Pass may also suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Are inactive for extended periods
• Pose risk to the platform or its users

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stage Pass is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Content removal or loss
• Platform downtime or errors

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally, and if not resolved, submitted to arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa.
